• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with AML and gaming regulatory requirements.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Communications data: Customer support records and correspondence are retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Usage and technical data: Log files and session data are retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which they are anonymized or deleted.

When personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal retention obligation applies, tayaevo will securely delete or anonymize the data in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

The tayaevo Platform is strictly intended for users who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. tayaevo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated Account and take steps to delete the data in question.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered an Account on the tayaevo Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. International Data Transfers

tayaevo primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines.
