To register an Account on tayaevo, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tayaevo will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
You agree to notify tayaevo immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. tayaevo shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
tayaevo accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
tayaevo does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are not accepted and will not be processed.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. tayaevo reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your tayaevo Account originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
tayaevo processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. GCash and PayMaya/Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
tayaevo reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC procedures. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. tayaevo reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments over multiple business days.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a Game, tayaevo reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. tayaevo's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
If you believe a Game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with tayaevo customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. tayaevo will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome of tayaevo's investigation is final and binding.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 10, 11, 15, and 16 — shall continue to apply.

tayaevo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tayaevo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tayaevo's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
tayaevo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tayaevo will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
